It is a 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C. According to the guys at the shop, it’s worth $18 million. They’re doing a complete tear down, even though it looks impeccable. Dunno why, they were pretty busy. I love going to that shop, they work on one of the only Talbots in the country, and they’ve also got a chassis with part of a body on it that says “Joe Stutz Special” on it.
This is the second 8C they’ve worked on, they did restoration work on this one as well

Haha if it was west van I'd be less surprised. It's actually lower lonsdale, not traditionally a happening place for monied individuals
